I promise to keep your shipping costs down. When you submit an order and I make sure the plants are still in stock I will send you a bill with the shipping included. Within the USA I ship USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and overseas I ship USPS Global Express with tracking. Some of the plants are very big. I may overestimate the cost of shipping. If you have paid more than $5 above the actual shipping cost I will reimburse you the amount overpaid by sending you a Paypal refund. Phytosanitary certificates are $20.
